Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@woodandsmoke.com with your order number
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened or used
- Items returned after 30 days
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
